"You know, for an AI, or whatever, you seem to have a very human personality, and a body. What is up with that?" Bane asked as he started to walk again.

'Are you really just going to just ignore everyone else's plight in your absence?' Onyx asked, but when Bane shrugged, he sighed mentally. 'Your world had no magic, and why was I sent there after my trial so I would be restricted. I was once a Supreme Being like Guardian.'

Bane rolled his finger. "I already know all that. I am not stupid. Why is the question I don't. Just what did you do to piss everyone off? Or are you some psycho killer? Not judging."

Onyx was silent for a moment. 'I wanted out of the Faction Wars, and I was what they call a Dark or Demonic Supreme one, while Guardian is a Light or Divine, depending on who you ask. The separation is the only thing that keeps balance, or so they say.'

"So they say? Who says?"

'I don't know.'

Bane stopped and so did the demons all around them. Most of them were holding their breath because of the frown on his face. News of the other god actually being inside of him had already reached all of them, and they weren't sure if they were far enough away because they had also heard that the starting signal of the fight was to send demons flying up into the air.

'It was before my time. Guardian, and I are the youngest of the Supreme Ones. The first two that were ever born. Our mothers were sisters, and were born together. The story goes, the others were jealous and forced us to compete with each other, but we grew closer because of it. Then Guardian suddenly changed, and put all her effort in competing with me, driving a wedge between us. hundreds of years passed before we matured and were allowed to start our own factions, but Guardian had become cruel near the end of our training, and did some unspeakable things to me. Long story short, I took one of her eyes.'

"Woah, that escalated fast," Bane said, and started to walk again, no noticing the collective sigh around him. "So, that is why we have one golden eye?"

'Yes. I took a portion of her power, but I was the one put on trial for it.'

"Makes sense. You did take her eye," Bane shrugged, but Onyx growled.

'You have no idea the amount of torture I put up with. That bitches eye was the least of my worries, and they couldn't force me to give it back. That is the true reason why they imprisoned me. I refused, and went to war with them, and lost. If not for the fact that they found a world to trap me in, I would have been deleted, or whatever they do to Supreme Ones when they die. My spark would have gone back into the cycle, but no. They had to be dicks and lock me away to rot forever.'

"Well, you don't sound very bitter about it," Bane chuckled.

'You don't know how many times I have been through this, trying to get revenge on not only Guardian, but the unknowns that judged me as well. My spark is the same, and the memories are the same. I have had millions of years to come to terms with the fact that they will never let me be free. That is why I need your help. I can't take revenge on them myself, but with a mortal body, I can, and we can seal Dominion Online off from everyone, but it won't be easy.'

"Whatever, I just have to get the world in line, fight a war, beat Guardian, and then you do the rest, right?" Bane asked, and he could feel Onyx roll his eyes.

'You were just complaining about how hard it was going to be.'

Bane nodded as he reached into his pocket, grabbing the cube and making another red demon heart appear in his pocket, which he pulled out and popped in his mouth. "I still am ready to complain given a moment's notice, but I am just listing off our shit list. I have no clue how I am going to do any of that stuff yet, but this is why I am here, right? What about these demon hearts? While it is great I am setting these sparks free, what am I actually getting out of eating them?"

'I haven't had a chance to test them, but you should have more energy than before. I don't even know what you are putting in your body, but they have traces of divine energy. I would assume they combine divine energy with a special crystal to create the prison. Besides energy and divine energy, I am not sure what other effect they will have on you. I have never heard of anyone eating a demon heart, and I have been around for a long time. As far as I know, you are the first person to ever try.'

Bane crunched up the demon heart in his mouth, and let out a slight moan at the strawberry taste that exploded in his mouth. Female demon following him blushed as they heard the sound, but Bane was too caught up in the taste.

"Dude, I can't believe you are the one that made them taste like strawberries."

'I wasn't, but it looks like we have company.'

"Huh?" Bane asked, looking up to see he was standing before the massive black cube, and two big demon guards were running his way. "Don't suppose these guys want to leg wrestle, right?"

'Not likely, but I don't know if they are looking to fight.'

Bane shrugged, and ignored the guards, looking at the massive black square that was surrounded by small fires. "What is this anyways? Halls of Darkness? Is it really like Lex said? Do I have to go in? Can't I just break it?"

'What about pausing for a breath? Why do you always go off on tangents?' Onyx complained, but Bane sensed the guards and turned around just as they reached him.

"Ugly men, what can I do for you greasy excuse of a pair of guards?" Bane asked, ready for a fight, and both of the very big and ugly guards looked between each other with sweat rolling down their boil covered green faces.

"King Baal wants to see you. We are supposed to bring you to him," one said.

"Baal? Ballin? Hmm, that was fast," Bane said, and gestured forward. "No point in making him wait."
