(Tesslia’s POV)
Pop!
Once they had pampered me a lot, I was ushered in to the dining room. Oddly, it was decorated like it was someone’s birthday. But whose?…
Maids, Karlena and Risa: “Happy birthday, Tesslia!” They all said with great fanfare.
Tesslia: “…”
Karlena: “Don’t be confused, Tesslia. As you’re no longer a pet or slave, we must celebrate your birthdays. Rather it be the day you woke up, we decided to make today your birthday.” She explained with a smile.
Birthday? Again, that is something that I never really celebrated before… It’s nice to be pampered like this. With each new thing they do, the more I fall in love with them.
Lightly pushing me to sit down, I was then presented with the most beautiful cake that I had ever seen. Upon it were a few lit candles, which I soon blew out.
Slice!
Using a large knife, Seehia cut a piece of cake out for me and placed it on my plate. Even the inside was beautiful… This almost feels like a sin to eat…
Eat!
Tesslia: “…”
This cake… it is so damn good that I almost burst out in tears from just one bite of it. And the chocolate… no wonder it is so expensive.

Out of this entire goddamn world! The taste was perfect, not too sweet, not too bitter, and so damn smooth. Even expensive chocolate in my old dimension couldn’t compare to how good this chocolate is!
Karlena: “Do you like it?” She asked, sitting down next to me, before getting a piece herself.
Tesslia: “It is a million times better than any chocolate in my old dimension.” I answer with a wistful tone.
Risa: “Really? Well, with how advance we are compared to the humans in your old world, that would make sense.” She said with a laugh, doing the same as her daughter.
Cake Later.
Though they have probably eaten this chocolate countless times, the two, along with me, just quietly ate slice after slice, until there was no more cake. Ah, I want more cake…
Karlena: “Presents… there is only one. As if you wish for something, you just need to ask us.” She said, handing me a regal box.
Tesslia: “What’s this?” I ask.
Risa: “Open it, and you’ll see.” She said with a giggle.
Opening the box up, I was greeted by a… very nice looking necklace? Hm… it does look very pretty. It was made out of some very expensive, and nice feeling metal, with a thin and slightly long jewel as well. So pretty…
Pop!
Tesslia: “???”
While I was distracted by the necklace, Risa had taken my tag off. And while I was confused about it, she effortlessly placed the necklace around my neck.
Karlena: “PCs come in many different forms, but due to how you must wear those medical bands, we got you a necklace instead.” She explained.
Tesslia: “It’s a PC?” I say with a head tilt.
Risa: “Ah, the head tilt… so cute.” She gushed.
Tesslia: “…”
Risa: “Yes, now you’re no longer our slave. To prove it, we have placed an ID on your PC, marking you as a free human.” She explained, pretending she wasn’t just gushing over me tilting my head like a puppy.
Tesslia: “Free human?” I repeat.
Karlena: “That’s right. You’re the first free human in existence!” She said with an excited tone.
Wow… this is an amazing birthday! Since I am free now… doesn’t that mean that I can have feelings for them and not feel like a weirdo with Stockholm Syndrome?
Risa: “With this, we hope that you can continue to love us, and not feel like you’re required to do so. Once you have gotten used to this life, we will have our wedding and officially marry you.” She explained with a warm tone.
My only reaction… was to bring them both into a tight hug of mine. This wasn’t something that needed to do for my love. Which just makes me realize how much they truly do love me.
Resisting their lust and yandere tendencies, the two had granted me freedom, even when they absolutely didn’t need to do so. This is… a gift that I will always cherish.
