Reverend Insanity’s Formation Venerable

Blood Demon was planning the coming of Fang Yuan. He knew that he had to strengthen himself rapidly, otherwise, within a hundred years of Fang Yuan's rebirth, he would be basically irrelevant.

Right now, he was standing in the sky, Qing Mao mountain was directly under his feet. "*Sigh, when I was reading RI, I didn't think such a day would come." He had a nostalgic look on his face.

The greenery of Qing Mao mountain, the hustle and bustle of Gu yue, Xiong, and Bai clans, was reflected in his crystal clear yet deep like abyss eyes. 

He rapidly flew down, his red robe fluttering in the wind, he had a solemn expression. 

He started throwing down Gu worms at certain places, until, they shone in a light only he could track. He nodded, "good, this will sense a time presence and I will be able to feel when Fang Yuan reincarnated, although I can't kill him since I need him to defeat fate so I can become a Venerable and escape this world, I will be able to Soul search him without his knowledge, for now I will steal the rank 5 or 4 gu that these 3 clans possess, then I will soul search Gu Yue Ancestor, his blood path killer moves might give me some inspiration."

Having made up his mind, Blood Demon quickly went to work. After silently damaging the protective formations, he entered the 3 clan's hideouts, he quickly memorized every gu recipe and stole the rank 4's and 5's. He kept the ones even he was surprised by, "oh, to think that there's a rank 5 Amplify gu of the Rule path here, this will be useful." 

Rank 5 amplify gu was rare even in Treasure Yellow Heaven since it allowed a gu to display 5 times their effectiveness, although it wouldn't amplify an Immortal killer move, the Immortal version might, this was one of the gu that even Limitless Venerable thought was useful.

He silently exited and sold most of the recipes and gu and managed to earn a few Immortal essence stones.

"These are barely enough for me to develop my aperture, although likely nobody will buy my blood path items, I can invest a bit into water path, Blood path was inspired by Water path after all."

He then went to the hidden location where Gu Yue Ancestor was sleeping, he had become a zombie so he had to preserve his thoughts. He soul searched quietly and left just as quickly.

"Good, I wasn't disappointed." He had a smile in his face, "this killer move, along with 'Heart Blood' Immortal gu will give me a defensive Immortal killer move, something I have always wanted."

He kept moving to different places and extracting just enough value that Fang Yuan could use them, he also raised his foundation and his water path resources.

"Good, with these, I will be able to earn a few Immortal essence stones per year," thinking to when Fang Yuan was selling Dragon-fish and Guts gu he was truly jealous.

Suddenly his robe fluttered, the tips of his hands turned blue. He quickly noticed and had a change of expression, "who goes there, daring to sneak attack and ambush, where's your face in the Righteous path."

*Sigh, he knew inwardly who it was, "Tie clan, to think that they were this quick in their pursuit, but, I can't blame them, they suffered the most losses during my Immortal Ascension, their face was completely ruined as they let a Rank 4 demon become a Rank 6 Demon Immortal, of Blood path no less. I can be assured that Shang clan isn't here since they focus on business, that was just a mortal city I destroyed, I haven't killed any of their talented juniors and they know I possess 200 year lifespan gu. If they offend me then I can just harm them further so they won't, they are just greedy bastards with power." Blood demon inwardly thought.

"As for the Tie clan, not only did I steal a 200 year lifespan gu from their top gu Immortal seed, they who are known for sealing demons, got one upped by a demon." He didn't need to think any further, he had already got his answer and prepared for battle. He knew that since they were coming here without fear, they had enough confidence that they could kill him.

"Good, Blood Demon, surrender your life and I will leave you an intact corpse." An elderly looking man appeared, seemingly out of thin air, he wore the symbolic Tie clan outfit that rather than looking like cloth, looked like metal. "Elder hold up, I alone am enough," a youngster looking Immortal appeared alongside the elderly man. "Elder Tie Mian Shen, don't worry, I have already arranged the formation, you a rank 7 fighting will also ruin your reputation," the youngster Immortal with a active personality said cheekily. 

"Good." Tie Mian Shen nodded before hiding in the Immortal Formation, "if anything happens, I will protect you, this can also serve as your training, don't worry we have lots of time."

He hid in the Immortal formation and saw Blood Demon with a frown in his face while facing the young Tie clan Immortal.

"Don't waste your words about sneak attacking or ambushing, you demons don't deserve righteousness, you deserve death. My name is Tie Xu, remember it." Tie Xu flew towards Blood Demon at high speed, he had already bought a lot of information from that Shang clan clansman, inwardly thinking, "those Shang clansmen will do anything for money."

Blood Demon had an even greater frown in his face, he saw Tie Xu flying towards him, "this will be a tough battle," he activated the Immortal defense killer move that he had previously thought of, "this is my only hope, my immortal essence is very low but this is the best I can do, after all, being ambushed by a rank 6 and 7 doesn't happen everyday."

Blood Demon suffered consecutive black lashes since the move wasn't complete yet, however he managed to complete it just in the nick of time. The attack that Tie Xu had sent was absorbed by the glowing crimson balls surrounding Blood Demon. 

"The best way for me to destroy this formation is to heal my blood, that Jumping Bead Blood immortal tribulation is the best way, using the immortal defense killer move, I can barely escape, however, if they find out about my plan, it will be disastrous." Blood Demon had a frown on his face, his eyes gleaning with determination. 

Tie Mian Shen looked at the fight, "this immortal defense move wasn't recorded in the deal, it's unlikely that those Shang clansmen are hiding something, did he construct this killer move right now." He had a look of disbelief, even wisdom path masters take around 2 years to develop such a strong move after all.

"It seems that ancestor's words were right, in the future this person will be of trouble to the Tie clan, it's best to eliminate early on." Tie Mian Shen remembered the words he was told by his clan's ancestor, it was very shocking yet verified right now.

He waved his hand and the formation shone a light green color that accumulated to Tie Xu, "good, my moves have been enhanced many times due to there being no conflicting dao marks in this formation, this was created by the genius of our Tie Clan 300 years ago, prepare to die."

Tie Xu rushed towards Blood Demon and shot killer moves after killer moves, Blood Demon was in grave danger now.

Blood Demon, however, snorted in a cold way, he mumbled something under his breath, Tie Mian Shen was completely shocked, "Oh no, I have to get Tie Xu out of here. It seems even ancestor didn't know this demon's full talent."

Tie Xu who was dominating felt a beam of light around Blood Demon. It continued to grow, eventually enveloping him.

He was dead.
