Wrath of the demon

Leon walked through the devil's den stern faced at the prospect of what he needed to do. he had killed people before , it was an unavoidable part of ruling the underworld after all. but this was different , he was about to set up a chain of events that would mean the death of hundreds. granted these deaths would prevent thousands of others but it left a bitter taste in his mouth nonetheless. leon walked to the office overlooking the rest of the club with heavy footsteps that made those watching flinch. the reason for this was thanks to the gloomy aura coming off leon making his footstep resemble the chiming of a bell.

Eric ran most of the man power of leon organization from this office so when he saw leon arrive looking like someone pissed in his cereal he waited very seriously. the last time eric had seen leon in such a foul mood was when they busted some faunus slavers who had crates of faunus children. eric saw personally that leon could very much be a demon if push correctly that day and he still had nightmares about the horrible things leon did to those people.

He knew they deserved what they got but the sheer inhumane torture leon subjected that crew to haunted everyone there that day. leon had first cut off the slavers eyelids so they couldn't look away before he began to pull apart a man slowly like string cheese. he started with the nails then he slowly took his time peeling the skin from the fingers while spraying a bottle of lemon juice on the flesh below. that wasn't even the worse part either as leon used a local anesthetic so the man didn't feel any of it until he had been skinned alive.

Leon had apparently timed the time that the anesthetic would last so that it was only after the man was fully skinned that the pain started. the screams  are something eric would never forget for as long as he lived. leon was a calm and reasonable person to work under but he had a bottom line that everyone under him learned not to cross very fast. if leon had that expression someone had crossed that line by a long shot and there was hell to pay. eric made himself a tall glass of bourbon before downing it and pouring another as leon entered the room.

"Who fucked up and whats the plan boss?" eric said as leon grabbed the glass of bourbon and downed it. "white fang and some people working with roman torchwick are apparently planning a large scale attack on beacon and vale." leon said seriously. "so this isn't a normal sort of fuck up on their part , i take it you want them to bleed a little for it?" eric asked maintaining his calm. "not this time , this one calls for a pest control operation." leon said taking a seat.

Eric lost all composure when leon said this as he understood the context perfectly. leon had his organization set up with various coded titles for the types of activities they would do. there were three such phrases that had never been used since they were very morally questionable. {scorched earth} referred to losing a sense of rationality and going for mutually ensured destruction if they were ever targeted by a superior group. {pest control} referred to killing every member of the target faction or affiliation in the whole of vale. {code black} was the final and most terrible of the lot referring to the activity of declaring war on the entire world should they ever gang up on the organization.

"They are at most only aiming to get more attention , isn't this a bit excessive boss?" eric asked hoping to convince leon from this course of action. leon sighed and eric could have sworn he looked older "vale and beacon are surrounded by a huge amount of grim just waiting for the opportunity to over run them. what do you think would happen if a large scale terrorist attack were to happen?" leon asked seriously. eric's eyes widened at the realization of what such a thing would lead to.

"But why would they risk such a thing?" he asked in disbelief. leon struck the table angrily cracking it "because it would fucking work!" he hissed between gritted teeth but he stopped and took a deep breath to control himself. "the white fang want to force the higher ups of the world to the table to demand equality and fair treatment , this would do this but for all the wrong reasons. if this plan succeeded the higher ups would either bend over to make sure it doesn't happen again or it would mean another war for the faunus." leon slumped into the couch depressed. "pest control is the best method to cut off the white fangs foolish course of action by making them rethink if the huge losses are worth it." he said tiredly.
