NOVEL FROG Lab Rats
Veyron looked sideways to make sure no one was looking. Once, twice... thrice. He then pulled out a pair of confused and frightened girls with green hair across the beach of Rusukaina, the chore was now a quite bustling beach with hundreds of tourists enjoying themselves, everything under the watchful eye of a sleeping gigantic lion.
Still, the inventor knew his way through without getting caught.
"What-"
"Don't make a single noise!" He yelled to Sugar who wanted to know what was going on, first he entered their cell where they had been for the last few weeks after their torture. They were fed and clothed so overall, that treatment wasn't that bad, they have had worse.
Still, with all due suspiciousness, he removed them from their prison before docking the ship at the port of Rusukaina and rushing out as his life depended on it, pulling them on.
"Are you worried about something, master?"
"Tch!"
Unlike the still-revelling Sugar, Monet went as far as to get on guard against any possible threats.
"It is not that, I just don't want to be seen. I'll settle down the two of you first".
After finding a particular spot inside the jungle that had a massive 'X', he scattered the sand around it and what showed in front of them was a massive metallic door that he opened.
"I could have gone inside the lab on my own, but since I'm with you two, it has to be through the back door".
Once inside they realised the place was quite hot inside. It was a complex riddled with metallic passages and rooms where people were working, all of them men wearing lab coats, engineers or any other profession, working on gadgets and what looked to be a mass-production chain.
"This is..."
"This is the place I work, you're going to be living here from now on".
Once they reached what looked like a massive intersection, the girls faltered when they saw the silhouette of something that looked gigantic.

It was a gigantic black snake!
"Gorgon, why are you sleeping here of all places, girl, did you miss me?"
"Wait, don't trigger it!".
The massive snake opened its eyes and rubbed her head on Veyron's body.
"What are you talking about? She's my pet... every animal you see on this island is my pet. Go girl, do me a favour, guard the side entrances, I won't be here for long but we can't be seen".
The snake peeked at him and the two green-haired girls before shaking her head in exasperation and diving into the tunnels of the complex, away from them.
"It understands you".
"I still don't understand master, why are we hiding if this is your lab?"
"Women are not supposed to be here. Only men... you two are going to be living here from now on, helping me with my experiments".
"Is that so?" Sugar looked reluctant but she didn't have too much of a choice, whereas Monet had a question, "Why aren't women allowed?".
"Because he has plenty of women already as to be fooling around with some more here".

Veyron snapped, putting Sugar and Monet behind him while looking towards the source of the voice, coming from the shadows there was a lady with a loose white shirt, trousers and boots, her long black hair cascaded down her hips and one could see a pair of piercing yellow eyes that looked at her prey.
"I thought I told you that you're not allowed in the workshop until the promise is completed, are you deaf, son? or are you just being disobedient again".
"Run!".
Veyron's sweat dripped on the floor as he carried both Monet and Sugar, flying across the tunnels with a destination in mind. Now the two girls were completely confused.
He arrived at a particular room where he ended up pushing them inside, it had a massive iron gate with a small window that he closed.
"Stay here for now. There is enough food inside for months, don't touch anything and wait until I retu-".
Then they saw the devil looming behind, she pulled his ear so hard with the characteristic smirk on her face, "There is no need to be afraid, son. We're going to enjoy ourselves plentily!~"
"HYAAA!!! W-WAIT! YOU'RE TOO MANY! I'M GONNA DIE!"
"BLAME YOURSELF FOR THAT! PERVERTED BRAT!".
Screams of a pig were the last thing Monet and Sugar heard from their master, now locked inside that room as they saw him get pulled into the darkness like a pig ready for slaughter.
"It feels a bit vindicating to see him like that" Sugar snickered.
"I guess so... what should we do?"
"He said we should wait, there is no way for us to leave anyway. We just changed prison cells".
Taking a closer peek at the massive room they realised this was more than likely his office or private quarters, there were a lot of papers, workshops, desktops, computers... schemes and planning.
There was a massive stash filled with unperishable food and it looked like this stash was used very often.
There was a massive glass wall filled with devil fruits, there were at least a dozen of them and at the top, there was one in particular that was big, the biggest they had seen and it was in a flaming pattern.
On the main desk, there were a lot of pictures that Sugar peeked on.
"These pictures make him look like he's a cute innocent boy... and yet he tortured us like that".
"..."
"Why are you calling him master, do you have no dignity?" She screamed at her 'younger' sister who rubbed her elbow awkwardly, taking a seat on a sofa nearby.
"If being obedient is going to keep us safe, that's what we should do. We can't escape from him... he has already punished us for what we did, doesn't that mean he's going to treat us better?"
"Hmph, naive. Just wait... we're his slaves. Every time he's angry who do you think is going to receive the burden?!"
One irritated, the other nervous. All they could do was sit on this sofa, in this massive silent room and await their fate with hugging knees.
