"With this blade Nezumi will be my most useful ninja"

*tang!* *Ding* *Bang* *Tang!*

Three blacksmiths operate with two sledgehammers and swing relentlessly on the metal.

"Call Nezumi, the blade is ready and his legacy as the Terror of the leaf shall be made complete"

My root ninja flicker off and I watch the forging progress... this has cost me 105 million ryo to create... but it is worth it, Nezumi is the ultimate weapon, his talents in memorizing anything and everything alongside his ultimate obedience to me make him one of the most valuable tools a village can have.

Versatility.

He studies with three bodies over months and now knows more knowledge over specialisations than a specialist Jonin...

He wields an Odachi like he has practiced for decades yet he only picked it up last year... every flaw corrected is never corrected again...

[Sword of versatility: Formless Edge]

This blade will serve Nezumi well, and so shall he serve me well.

A root member flickers by my side and kneels.

"Lord Danzo-sama, Riku has seized the opportunity to bring Sasuke Uchiha along with him... he claims that the tattoo on his tongue will grant Sasuke the same power that it has granted him, an indomitable will"

I let a smirk crawl upon my face.

This day keeps getting better and better.

"Lord Danzo! I brought my friend and wanted to know if you could do him a favour- well... the favour you did me? I'm willing to do-"

I raise my hand and turn to the two who have entered this room.. Sasuke Uchiha, what a gift Nezumi.

"I can see that he doubts at this very moment... please Uchiha-san, watch as I gift onto Riku a reward for his efforts... power that he got from me"

The Uchiha brat steps to the side and stands watching over Riku in curiosity...

*tang!* *splash!* *tsssss!*

"Just in time kid, Lord Danzo... the blade needs no sharpening, I believe his abilities should suffice"

The head blacksmith drops on his knee and presents the now sheathed Odachi to me... satisfactory. I nod to the nearby Root member to release his family and the three exit as I approach Nezumi who is kneeling.

"Lord Danzo..."

"Rise young Riku this blade is The sword of Versatility: Formless Edge... it will work with you well... go ahead, pour your mind into it and test its power, I'm sure your friend wishes to see what benefits I can give"

I see him smirk as he rises and tales the sheathed Odachi from me, he unsheathes it and pours his chakra into it... it goes from silver to a pitch black blade with golden outlines... perfect.

*swing* *swish*

He twirls it in his hand and swings it with no error, chuckling Nezumi brings the blade down behind him and the metal liquifies and transforms into a longer blade, then shapes into a scythe, then a club, then back to an Odachi.

He laughs a little too loud and glances at the Uchiha.

"Its name is Formless Edge?"

"Yes, use it well"

"Hmm...? What about Emily? Wait no Ethan! Wait no!-"

I furrow my brows.

"Sorry?"

"Well... its the Augmenter model... has to start with an E... well actually Edge fits, thanks dumbass"

He flashes me a smile that makes my head split with anger.

"What tone do you think your taking- *swish*"

The formless edge pierces through my shoulder- I barely dodged in time...

I throw a hand sign and Nezumi sticks out his tongue at me still smiling and laughing.

No... the mark... he removed it? Or it never existed... THIS IMPUDENT LITTLE-

*Clang!*

The blade hits the metallic seals on my hidden arm and jump back towards the other end of the room, I glance towards the Uchiha who watches with his head held high... so smugly.

"Root!"

I call but no one comes... alone in a warehouse a few minutes out from Konoha... this is a trap, I have been played.

My hand signs change from activating his tongue seal to a summoning Jutsu.

[Summoning Jutsu]

I look over and see that Riku has extra arms and his traveller Jaunt has been summoned. I slam my bloodied hand down and summon my escape.

*poof*

I appear on top of Baku and the warehouse topples from its size, I tell it to charge to Konoha and the Uchiha flickers above onto Baku as Jaunt and Nezumi follow from below... Riku, not Nezumi.

"What are you doing with a mangyeko? I don't believe my clan started donating there dojutsu Danzo..."

I grit my teeth.. so they know, have to get to Konoha and frame them... I can have my spies aid me in taking the heat off from there accusations.

I pull out a Kunai and envelope it with wind, the last Uchiha pulls his Tanto out...

*ting!* *fwoosh!*

Our blades clash on top of Baku and our arms swing faster- the blades continue to meet each other as I focus on deflecting any blow from harming me...

There is Konoha... just a few more seconds.

"Konoha Ninja! Sasuke Uchiha and The Terror of Konoha have-"

Shit. I can see my Root members in ropes, I've been compromised- have to make this a private affair then and ensure that when I come back to Konoha I am in the know.

I command Baku to turn and follow Naka river... two Root members flicker onto Baku and take on the last Uchiha while they give there report.

"Lord Danzo-sama! Almost all Root members have been compromised and are being hunted within the leaf... we are keeping them distracted so you may win this fight..."

I nod and the two begin to overwhelm the Uchiha with there swordplay, I start to unwrap my bandages and unseal my arm... this fight may be difficult if it takes too long, lets finish this fast.

I start moulding chakra and making hand signs.

Taking a deep breath I exhale and a blast of wind knocks the Uchiha down and the two Root members fall with him to keep him company... and just as expected Riku shows up with his blade to my arm-

*slash!*

I dodge out of the way and return a kick to- I flicker away, that was Anchor... Jaunt had been de-summoned... *slash*

I dodge the sudden attack behind me and see.. Jaunt? Turning around Anchor imbues costume into Riku again... damnit! He knew I wouldn't needlessly get into melee with one of his sentinels.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place... I flicker- [Body Shunt] and suddenly my shirt flings me back into Baku, both my enemies take this opportunity to attack me and a blade enters my skull... [Izanagi]!

Baku stops and *poofs* away... lets convince him that im dead and then strike...

"Didn't think that would work... I mean Kakashi saw right through my split selves.. didn't notice it on your robe dumbass?"

Who is he talking too, he cant know that I have this-

"I can see you skulking over there Dumbzo... you read the libraries that Sasuke inherited... I have snuck into your secret rooms to read every 'interesting' thing you stole... Izanagi, right?"

Riku... I heavily underestimated you... time to make you my tool again, this dojutsu cannot be used frequently.. but it can definitely re enable a past casting on Riku.

I launch myself at the eyes of Riku and he stares directly into my eyes... he stops moving.

Completely.

Every strand of hair and every twitch completely nullified.

"Excellent work Nezumi... you are quite the sharp tool, but you are worthless without having a wielder... come lets solve this misunderstanding Nezumi!"

I walk forward still staring into his eyes and he drops to his knees, then drops his head.

"Lord Danzo-sama! I must make amends! What does this tool need to do!"

I smirk once again, now everything is going back on track- *crunch*

A metallic baseball bat swings across my skull... destroyer force..?

[Izanagi]!

"How! How have you done this! You are Nezumi!"

"Correct. For Konoha I must remove a parasite... you understand Lord Danzo.. right?"

The inhuman freak stands before me cleans his metal club with a cloth... sitting on his wolf like a throne.

"You...!"

I was hoping to use this eye against the Uchiha but I can do so later...

[Kotoatsukami]!

Riku holds his head and tries to snap his own neck before Jaunt is de summoned and Riku stops.

He breathes heavily...

"You can resist Kotoatsukami?"

I grit my teeth as he explains.

"I'm just putting a different mind in charge... the one you commanded will be in time out while Nezumi... cleans him up"

Lets think... he has to use Emrys, is using Edge and had Jaunt... pretended that he put a self into Ezra but that was in my robe that I discarded.... so he has a free mind again... why dismiss Jaunt?

I glance around and my sharingan catches Sasuke approaching with my Root members heads, he has backup and no longer needs Jaunt... Ezra would be the better option.

I glance at the two before- [Amaterasu]!

I try to dodge but the black flames envelope me like a homing arrow... the Uchiha awoke his Mangyeko!

[Izanagi]!

I disappear and reappear behind Riku who I get into melee with, Ezra defends against the attack and I check my arm mid fight to see how long Izanagi will last... I have time to die once or twice more... I can always replace these eyes in Konoha.

I rush into Riku and do a suicidal barrage... spitting vacuum-bullets like nothing.. I of course use Izanagi again but I manage to destroy his extra arms.

This time I appear near the Uchiha and Barrage him Taijutsu and pull out three kunai aimed at his eyes, my vision is blurred by black flames and I release the seal on my chest!

An explosion takes out a chunk of the river and land around us- Riku grabbed the uchiha and [Launching point]s away but my explosion definitely catches him off guard.

[Vacuum-Bullet]! [Great Fire ball jutsu]!

I do a combo jutsu as my body is torn to enhance my wind bullets with fire, it hits the back of Riku and impacts Emrys.

[Izanagi]!

The last time I will die today.

*fwoosh* *fweew* *wuhoo*

Five Root appear near me.

"Everyone else is compromised or in hiding Lord Danzo-sama, we are the only ones left."

I nod and raise my chin at the unmoving Riku and the Uchiha.

"Take them in for questioning, they will be useful for the future of root... lets make them some actual seals..."

The uchiha looks towards Riku who gives him a nod.

Th Uchiha stands and ignites his blade with Lightning... impressive.

Launching himself at my agents he exhausts his chakra by impaling two with his chidori like blade.

But the other three combo him, Kicking him in the gut and knocking him down the Uchiha retaliates with a Fireball Jutsu, two of the agents take a step back and start doing hand signs, I watch as the Uchiha impressively pushes back the remaining agent and overwhelms him, a combo jutsu of water and lightning affinities, both a wave and a lightning charged bolt shock the Uchiha which brings him down... he glares at me while he faints.

A smirk crawls up my face.

Riku has crawled his way to lie with his back against the tree and launches multiple force enhanced earthen spears at me... all miss.

"Nearly had me for a moment there Nezumi, but it seems you have the will to protect Konoha, just not the right people to point that blade at"

Riku laughs and spits out blood.

"Who the hell implants like 10 eyes into there arm... crazy bitch"

My smirk grows wider as I approach.

"Unfortunately for you... you wont remember any of this"

He flashes his teeth at me with the biggest smile he has- [Body Shunt] he attempts to headbutt me and I move to the side... pathetic-

What...?

A large Odachi slices my head in two... I have barely any time left, my last Izanagi.

I appear near my Root members and Almighty stands before me.

"How...?"

Almighty speaks.

"I have more split selves than you think... what? Was I supposed to report that to you?"

My Root members block his Odachi swings as I start firing Vacuum-blasts at its chest.

I dodge and flicker into the trees where it is safer... three kunai appear and I block the first two but the last one swerves downwards suddenly and hits my thigh-

My sharingan scans the Almighty... that's not the almighty...

Imbue costume isn't a transformation or illusion and with his new jutsu that allow Riku to make his disguise indistinguishable... that's a disguise... but who is playing the part of Almighty?

Two more kunai I block and they deflect downwards... the attacks aren't going through to almighty, yet its blocking all of them as if it where that size...

The Uchiha is gone.

"Root retreat!"

Too late they erupt into black flame and Almighty dispels into a giant purple skeleton.

Looking inside I see the Uchiha, still beaten, but standing nonetheless...

"Sasuke Uchiha... you wanted information?"

He stops walking towards me... got him.

"I will tell you the truth about the massacre and the truth about your brother... all you have to do is let me-"

*chirp*

"Don't care"

An extended blade of chirping lightning pierces my chest and I fall from the tree... no Izanagi... no... Konoha... I did so much for it... to die here...

Staring at the treetops the Uchiha holds Riku and they both stare at me while I die.

Sasuke eyes full of glaring anger and Riku's inhuman and emotionless...

No... not like this....

"Don't worry Danzo, ill make sure that Konoha is safe... from you and from others"

Riku's eyes peer down at me, like I was an ant... nothing at all.

Those are the eyes that I see last.
