“President Shim is coming back to Korea.”

Hyunsuk grimly informed the other members after he returned from the changing room.

“President… Shim?”

“Jaehoon Shim?”

“Myunghee’s uncle?”

When the three guys asked, Hyunsuk nodded and replied, “Yeah, that guy. The one running a guest house somewhere abroad. He is returning to Korea.”

“How did you find out, Hyunsuk?”

“Well… I can’t give the details now. But basically, I put a tail on Myunghee after the recent incident. I got someone to spy on her, and that person just called me to let me know.”

“Wow. You are a truly mysterious man. So people actually do this? Hire a spy to watch someone?”

Hyunsuk shrugged and answered, “I thought it would be helpful.”

“So, do you know the reason why he is coming back to Korea?”

“I don’t know exactly… but I was told that it has something to do with Myunghee. Apparently, Myunghee is in Bali right now.”

“So that means… our warnings and threats didn’t work on her.”

“Do you think she is planning something? Like doing something bad to our concert?”

“Well, maybe… by the way, that President Shim, he is a friend of our boss, isn’t he?”

“Yes. Kiwook and I had no idea this would happen.”

“The entertainment industry is a pretty small place. Everybody is connected to each other somehow.”

“Exactly. You could be friends in the morning and suddenly become enemies by dinner time.”

“It’s terrible… So, what should we do?”

“Nothing, other than just being careful.”

The three guys looked upset and Hyunsuk hesitated. The truth was, he only told them part of the story. A very small part.

In the last few days, Hyunsuk hired the best people to find out as much as possible about Jaehoon Shim. He especially concentrated on getting rid of any online videos or footage of Hyojun and Kiwook from their training days.

Hyunsuk also hired a person in Bali to spy on Jaehoon, and it was this spy that called Hyunsuk earlier. After she left the practice room, Myunghee lost it and flew to Bali. He suspected that she had told everything to her uncle Jaehoon.

After hearing Myunghee’s story, Jaehoon became furious. The spy told Hyunsuk that the niece and her uncle fought for hours that day.

The spy warned Hyunsuk, “You better be careful. That woman Myunghee… I don’t think she is right in the mind. Something is wrong with her. She destroyed the guest house by throwing things at the wall and the windows and Jaehoon had to close down his business for a while to repair everything. He is packing his bags right now; it looks like he is going to sell his business in Bali and return to Korea. I think he tried to call your boss, President Kim…”

“And?”

“I don’t think his call went through. I’m not sure though. Anyway, I think he is going to return to Korea by the end of this month. So that would be in about two weeks.”

“Please keep an eye on him. And if there is anything at all, please call me.”

After the call, Hyunsuk sent a few texts to different people and finally called his boss, President Kim, who was traveling in Spain.

“Sir.”

“Hmmm? Bluuueee? Hellooo!! What’s upppp?”

The president was at a club getting drunk. When he answered the call, Hyunsuk could hear the loud music in the background.

Hyunsuk replied seriously, “We are being threatened right now.”

The president became dead silent. The music got softer as he presumably walked away and in a few seconds, President Kim asked in a sober tone, “What are you talking about?”

“It’s Jaehoon Shim. He’s your friend, right?”

“That bastard again?”

“I think Myunghee went to him and got him all riled up.”

“Oh my god! This is all my fault. I… I shouldn’t have helped him and his family…”

“This isn’t the time for regrets. We need a plan right now. Myunghee is currently in Bali.”

“So she tried threatening you, but when it didn’t work… she went to her uncle to stir up more trouble.”

“You are aware of the situation?”

“Yes, I am… It was a huge mistake to give the job to that girl…”

“I have a friend in Bali, so I got him to look into it… and it sounds like Jaehoon Shim is going to return to Korea.”

“What? I bought him that guesthouse in Bali so he can live there comfortably!”

“Huh? YOU bought him the business?”

“Yes! Do you know how hard it was to get that land in Bali? I had to spend so much money and effort to lease that land for 50 years. What is he doing with the business?”

“Apparently, Myunghee damaged the guesthouse pretty badly; she destroyed the furniture and the walls… I heard that even the local police came to stop her.”

“Oh my god… I guess my vacation is over.”

“Yes. I would really appreciate it if you can fix this situation. We are currently busy getting ready for the concert.”

“Of course. I will get on the plane to Bali right away. You guys just focus on the concert. I hope Manager Goh is assisting you well?”

“Yes. He took care of the rental and ticket process for the concert. Everything is going well here. You know how Manager Goh is, he is really organized.”

“Yeah, he is great. That’s why I felt comfortable going on a vacation, I knew he would be able to hold down the fort. But now… that bastard. I’m going to have to go to Jaehoon and teach him a lesson. Okay Blue, I will talk to you later. Good luck with your concert!”

After he hung up, Hyunsuk checked his phone. There was another message from his spy in Bali. He frowned as he read it.

-Jaehoon has already sold his Bali guesthouse. He is in the process of finalizing the sale. He will be paid in a few days. Myunghee will be returning to Korea tomorrow night. Jaehoon is planned to return in three days.

Hyunsuk thought to himself, ‘At this rate, Jaehoon Shim and President Kim aren’t going to be friends for long. Meanwhile, we are going to have to come up with a plan soon.’

After thinking for a few seconds, Hyunsuk quickly sent out a few texts and left the changing room to tell the guys.
