The night’s roughhousing ended with Ning Chu getting pinned by her tail, bringing tears to her eyes.
When she woke up, it was already eight in the morning.
Ning Chu yawned, opened her eyes, gazed at the fancy chandelier on the ceiling, and felt the soft, cozy bed beneath her, lazily reluctant to move.
The big blanket had somehow been kicked to the floor. She turned to her side and saw Yan Xinya hugging her big tail, curled up with her legs, snoring away. Her nightgown had rolled up to her waist, humorously exposing her underwear, probably a sign she didn’t sleep too soundly last night.

She muttered as she got up, throwing on her jacket over her pajamas, then peered at the empty side of the bed: “Hope she’s not sneaking off to play with her toys?”

The bedroom door was open, and Ning Chu vaguely heard some noise outside.
Putting on her pink slippers, she stepped out of the bedroom, yawning as she made her way to the living room. Right away, she spotted Lily in the open-style kitchen at the edge of the living room, wearing an apron and busy at work.
“Up so early…”
“Cooking.”
There was a supermarket shopping bag on the kitchen floor, indicating Lily probably rose early to get groceries from the nearby store.

Ning Chu tiptoed, sitting on the high stool outside the kitchen, chin in hand, gazing at Lily preparing breakfast: “Need any help?”

Lily finished frying two patties, then put the buns in the pan to heat them. She looked up and asked, “Leaving this afternoon or tomorrow?”

While staying at Lily’s was comfortable, nothing beats the coziness of her own little place.
Just then, Lily suddenly paused, her face stiffened, her expression blank as she put down her cooking utensils: “You fry an egg, and then just assemble it.”
“Huh?”
“Bathroom…”
Lily looked down, hurriedly heading toward the bathroom.
With her legs clamped together and an awkward gait, Ning Chu immediately understood what this succubus was up to.
Could it be that realistic toy hiding in the bathroom cabinet is coming into play?
If it weren’t for the fact that there were others around, Lily would probably have pulled out a toy from some corner of the kitchen, right there!
She hopped down from the stool and dashed into the kitchen.

After washing her hands, Ning Chu jogged towards the bathroom, but upon reaching the closed door, she realized it had already been ten minutes, and Lily still hadn’t finished.

The bathroom in the bedroom didn’t have bathing facilities, only for using the toilet or washing up, and was much smaller than the one outside.

And during winter, lying in bed too lazy to leave the room, running all the way outside to use the toilet felt like a journey.

Once she finished freshening up, Lily also came into the bedroom.
