The Lecherous Prince and His Playmate [BL]

Chapter 90

Returning to Youxian’s chamber after a long two days in court, he was exhausted. Holding his son in his arms, he felt lost. Never had he experienced losing a loved one. She never meant as much as Youxian or his children meant to him, but she was the mother of his child.

Youxian walked in with a tray of tea. He sat down at the table and poured himself a cup. Staring at his husband as he sipped on the tea, he saw that the man who was usually tough but he didn’t look confident right now.

Youxian was the only one who could tell the prince apart, especially when his personality took a turn for a worse. “How are you feeling?”

Changling wasn’t sure if he was speaking to him and when he looked over at him, he was staring directly at him. He looked around the room confused, then back at Youxian, asking, “Oh, so you’re speaking to me now?”

He grabbed the sweet plum cake on the table and threw it at Changling’s head, who didn’t bother to dodge it. “Forget I asked!”

He stood up, ready to leave, but Xian Ling started crying. Stopping in his steps, he looked over to see why he was crying and it was because his father placed him down and was wiping the cake pieces off his head and the bed.

Walking up to the bed, he picked up his son and looked at his husband. “I can see you’re not okay. I’m not a wall like the other people around you.”

Changling sighed, rubbing his thighs helplessly, he looked at him saying, “I’ve been cruel all my life. I know I’m a bad person. Getting my way was what my mother taught me and that’s what I live by. She always said she loved my father but couldn’t have him because of the other wives, so I decided that I’m not going to live like her and feel sorry for myself. Then I met you. You were so proud, beautiful, intelligent and damn sexy. How could I not want you for myself? Youxian, I love you, I loved you way before I knew the real you and when you left me, it broke me. I didn’t know where to start looking for you and felt lost. Yes, I messed around before, during and after our relationship, but I always knew that I’d have you when I return. Meeting Ae Cha helped me calm down and forget about you, even if it was for a moment. She meant more than I liked her too and now she’s dead—they even suspect that I have something to do with this. You too, with your history and background.”

Running a hand over his face, “It doesn’t matter if they are bad or good, but everyone that enters my life has a place and for this person to be so bold and murder my consort. Have I become soft? They really are amazing.”

Looking at Youxian, he asked, “Is she capable of killing?”

“Who?”

“Our child? Is she capable of killing Ae Cha?”

Youxian frowned. Thinking about her, he just couldn’t imagine it, but there was a first time for everything. “She’s very calculative. I don’t know if she could be capable of killing anyone, but she wasn’t happy with the outcome of the whole situation.”

“We shouldn’t let go of the idea that it could be her. I wouldn’t be surprised, actually, but I’m not sure how?”

Youxian nodded and sat down on the bed. He looked down at their son and smiled. Xian Ling was falling asleep. Who knows to what? Their boring conversation…

Changling stared at Youxian, who he loved so much. This man… reaching his arm out, he cupped Youxian’s face. Staring into his eyes as he turned, making eye contact, there was a hint of confusion and hesitation.

“What is it?” Youxian asked as he stared at the man, who looked like he was slowly breaking down and undressing him at the same time.

A tear dropped out of his left eye. “He’s sleeping, let him be.”

He was confused at first then his world spun so quick, next thing he saw was Changling staring down at him while he hovered over him. Pressing his hands against his chest, he asked, “What are you doing?”

Pressing his weight down on him, he rested his face in the crook of Youxian’s neck and took in a deep breath of his scent. Immediately, his body reacted, recalling all the times they were intimate and the days he would just hold Youxian for hours, smelling him as time slowed down and became peaceful.

Looking into Youxian’s eyes, he asked him, “Don’t you miss the days when it was just you and me?”

He leaned down, aiming for his lips, but Youxian turned his head, avoiding his lips. Changling sighed, “Why do this to us? I need you right now.”

Cupping his cheeks, he gazed into his eyes. “Shouldn’t you be mourning?”

“I’ll do it another day.”

Youxian smirked, opening his legs, he nudged his manhood against Changling feeling how turned on he was and smiled, “Fine, as long as you don’t get me pregnant.”

“Why not?”

“Because I already have a son and a daughter. I don’t need more.”

Changling’s gaze lowered to his neck, “But you need me.”

“I only need your body. The rest of you, the crown princess, can have.”

“That breaks my heart…”

Opening his eyes, Changling looked around confused. Sitting up, he tried rubbing his face but his right hand was stuck. Looking at it he shook his head and chuckled, “Is anyone out there?”

A eunuch came in and was shocked when he saw the emperor on the floor tied to the post of the bed.

“Your majesty? What happened?”

“Where’s my husband?”

“He left this morning with the prince for a walk.”

“And no one bothered to wake me?”

“He said not to disturb you.”

“Untie me.”
