NOVEL FROG Prologue
Within the Gamma Kindergarten facilities, several humanoid beings emerged from holes designed for their size.
They all had green skin and gems embedded in parts of their bodies. They were Peridots.
Homeworld had finally conquered a new world and eradicated all present life to generate new gems.
These Peridots were destined to become valuable assets for the Diamond Empire, serving as technicians and kindergartners.
Gamma Kindergarten, under the command of Yellow Diamond, was responsible for generating most of the Peridots, but the planet's resources were now nearing depletion.
"My Diamond, 99.98% of the Peridots have already awakened", reported the Pearl, with a servile expression.
Yellow Diamond, towering and authoritative, thought, 'The Peridots are smaller than during the golden age of the empire, but as long as they can be used, it doesn't matter.'
"It's time to go."
"Yes, My Diamond."
With those few words, an entire planet was left uninhabited, its once vibrant life extinguished.
What none of them realized was that in one of those endless holes, a small and unique Peridot remained. She was the 0.02% that Yellow Diamond didn't bother to inquire about.
This Peridot would one day become a harbinger of hardships across the universe, posing a significant threat to the Diamond Empire.
Her codename was Peridot Facet-3T6J Cut-9ZM.
