The figure who had his back towards them mumbled placidly, “No rush. Since you have already come, tell me about the situation in your Essence Xing World.”

True Immortal Kang was greatly taken aback, but True Immortal Yu had already spoken. “Senior... What do you wish to know?”

The mysterious figure laughed softly and seemed to have already seen through True Immortal Yu’s intent. True Immortal Kan was still hesitant to respond, but True Immortal Yu spoke instantly, “Senior, we won’t hide it from you... The mysterious figure nodded slowly before mumbling, “So you’re members of Elysiums under the dynasties... From the looks of it, you’re the same as the Ten Winged Gate. Why don’t you learn from the Wanyun Association and rely on yourselves without submitting to any of the dynasties?”

Both of them felt as though a giant freight train slammed into them but they quickly revealed bitter smiles.

True Immortal Yu gathered his courage and asked, “Dare I ask... Senior, who are you exactly?”

“Haven’t you guys already guessed?” The mysterious expert’s voice rang in their ears suddenly.

True Immortal Yu wasn’t done and he asked, “Senior, is it possible for you to let us go?”

“I’m not a killer, but you guys interrupted my cultivation. I can’t just let you leave without paying a price.” The mysterious figure replied.

True Immortal Kang realized the mysterious expert’s intentions and he mumbled, “We are members of the Essence Xing World and that is where our sect and friends are. Don’t hope for us to betray our world. If you were thinking of that, you might as well kill us now!”

Casually waving his hand, the mysterious expert didn’t kill them. Instead, their spatial artifacts and several treasures they had on them flew towards him.

True Immortal Yu instinctively wanted to stop it, but he was stopped by True Immortal Kang. He saw True Immortal Kang shaking his head lightly at him and watched as his treasures fell into the hands of the mysterious expert. The treasures they accumulated with so much effort were taken away just like that!

More importantly, the most precious treasures they obtained after leading a group of experts to intercept the Cloud Piercing Bandits were with them... Now, everything would go to the mysterious expert!
