The hellish blood flame rained down, however, it wasn't the only thing that entered the formation that had cracked, the blood flame was highly corrosive, I'd directly started melting the Immortal formation that was covering the area. The outside landscape had completely transformed, it was a Blood Path paradise, blood path beasts were constantly forming, there were even multiple Beast Emperors, equivalent to Rank 5 gu master. There were some variation to all the tribulations coming, yet, all of them followed the Blood Path keenly. 

As the Immortal Formation started to disintegrate, more and more tribulations started to flood in, by just using a rough eye estimate, there were more than 5, they, combined together, had produced power far surpassing the 10 great calamities, they rivalled the power of peak heavenly tribulations and even faintly surpassed them. 

The mountains in the distance, once covered in lush forests that were a core part of Southern Border had completely transformed for miles upon miles on ends. Even Blood Demon was slightly baffled. 

"Hahaha, Tie Mian Shen, this, this, this is my final ability, if you can counter even this, then, you don't need to come for my head, I will give it to you myself. 

Tie Mian Shen was absolutely stunned, never in his life could he have imagined something like this, even he had to commend this demon's persistence and ability. He had a wisdom path foundation and was able to deduce quite quickly.

Blood Demon was quite solemn, if he knew the thoughts of Tie Mian Shen, his enemy, he would completely agree, this move was indeed extremely dangerous, to deduce it, he had to face multiple backlashes, be in the verge of death, use time path which corroded his blood path foundation, and make the tribulation multiple times stronger. He had gotten the inspiration from Divert Disaster Immortal gu as well as many other minor gu and his killer move flowering blood, at the last moment he managed to fit 'Heart Blood' gu into it, it also required him to pay upfront a dao mark count of ~500, although he is still getting Blood Path Dao marks, due to them being outside, the inefficiency was very low.

Although Blood Demon knew that he was facing losses, he still managed to set a strikingly solid expression, as if he had suffered no losses. 

"Hahaha, Tie clan, I have to thank you, without you, how could I possibly develop this?"

Tie Mian Shen was solemn, he was secretly waiting for the reinforcements as well as trying to repair the Immortal formation, he was also trying to see the changes in Blood Demon's expression.

"Oh no," Tie Mian Shen quickly realized something, suddenly the formation lost most of it's luster, he coughed out a mouthful of blood and started running towards a corner, faintly, the aura of a Immortal gu started to spread. "Damn it, out of all the times, this Information path Immortal gu had to be damaged now?"

Blood Demon also saw this and quickly ran towards it, his speed wasn't to be underestimated, yet it was inferior to Tie Mian Shen, Tie Mian Shen and Blood Demon were the same distance away now, the formation started to disintegrate faster as Blood Demon started feeling the pressure of the multiple tribulations, although his dao mark count was replenishing he stared at the Immortal gu.

"Since I can't have it, no one can," he released his 'Heart Blood' killer move, the gu formation gained it's luster for a moment, after all, the previous 'Heart Blood' targeted the Immortal formation, yet, the moment it gained it's luster, it lost it, the Information path immortal gu was killed, 'Heart Blood stripped it's middle section causing it to explode and fill the area with Information path Dao marks.

Tie Mian Shen who was rushing with full speed saw this and couldn't process it for a moment. His eyes filled with blood which clouded his vision, it was a backlash he faced, he had previously suppressed it, yet now, the damage done was too much.

"Argh," he screamed in anger, "damn it, if only this formation was a few percent less disintegrated, I might have been able to fuse with it and take back the immortal gu to safety."

As an Immortal who had lived for many hundreds of years, he knew the priceless value of Immortal gu, "today ..., today, too many things have gone wrong."

He looked towards Blood Demon, he looked with a face uglier than crying yet had some relief, "the reinforcements are here, bastard."

Blood Demon felt a bit glad at it's destruction. It had partly covered him from being endlessly covered by the Blood Path tribulation, at Tie Mian Shen's words his eyes awoke.

He faintly started noticing the signs of Immortals hiding their aura.

"I have to hurry out of here." He exited out of the big gaping hole that was left due to the Immortal Gu's destruction.

Suddenly he noticed another faint sign of another Immortal gu.

It was the sign of Blood Path.

Blood Demon's greed was stirred, "How many immortal killer moves can I create using 'Heart Blood,' I need more Immortal gu.

The immortal gu was barely teetering inside the formation, any person could see it's shape, akin to a mosquito, mosquitoes were a common Blood Path gu.

Tie Mian Shen strengthened his resolve, although he had faced many critical injuries due to what had been happening, when he looked at the Mosquito gu, "this blood path gu is able to suck out the blood of someone without them knowing, I had seen it's power, that's why I can't allow it to exist with the demon."

"Guh, arghhh," he spit blood blood before screaming. Despite the backlash, he ordered it to self-destruct, the Immortal formation was no more.

Tie Mian Shen was seen falling from the sky, his metallic like outfit stained with blood, his robe fluttered with the wind as his hair moved unpredictably, a man who had fought demons his whole life, killed by himself.

*Thump

Blood Demon looked in pity at the direction of the Blood Immortal gu but knew he had to get out of there. "The blood Path dao marks have stained me, now the tribulations are stronger in this direction, yet the other hole is where the reinforcements are coming from."

Blood Demon had underestimated this tribulation combination, his dao marks had increased to ~2,000, however, he had extremely few Dao marks compared to people who went through the tribulations normally. What he was in shock of was the power of this tribulation.

He could faintly hear the thunderous screams of the Tie clan Immortals who had seen the pillar of their clan be killed. 

He ran even faster, "I mustn't appear in Southern Border for many years now. Although I don't know what will happen to Fang Yuan now that there is nobody to combat Gu Yue Ancestor first, there will be a way using heaven's will. For now, I shall enter Eastern Sea."

He had thought this through for a long time, Eastern Sea had the highest resources and were the most welcoming, he had to quickly build up his foundation to replenish the vast amounts of Dao marks he lost. The time path Dao marks were still remaining but lessened to less than an 1/8th of before and were rapidly fading away.

As Blood Demon reached the border, they were almost completely gone. He could still hear the Tie Clan's Immortals chasing them with heavy Immortal gu aura, he was in no condition to fight, he was almost completely out of Immortal Essence stones, only having 1 remaining.

He started to remember about Wei Ru, "that bastard, I wonder how he is doing?"

With a smile, he entered the border. The waves glistened and the sun shone brightly, he could sense the vitality of life even from the border.

Back in Western Desert

In a small cave that obstructed the golden sand, a man was seen meditating, it had been quite a while since Wei Su was lost, yet to this man, it seemed as if forever. 

His body was more muscular now, he was also a bit more handsome, it seemed age had done him well.

He had gray hair, they reached until the floor, his clothes were dark, like a clear night or abyss. 

The formation under him shone for a while before stopping, from the looks of it, a Time Path formation.

He frowned for a bit. His nose skin created marks while his brows came closer and furrowed. His eyes flickered temporarily.

He slowly opened his eyes, they had a shining glare.
