Reality Breaker: Edge of Reality

Outside the Fracture. Soojin and at least a 100 E-Ranks stood infront of the Fracture ready to fight any danger. But they did not enter because Cale was still inside it or rather because Soojin stopped anyone to approach it.

The problem wasn’t just the Fracture itself. No one on the field today, not even Soojin, could handle a C-Rank Fracture without risking severe casualties. If it weren’t for Cale, the strongest man on the battlefield, they wouldn’t even be standing here. The only people capable of dealing with this would be the strongest elites from nations like China, Japan, England, or Russia.

No one was sure of how much destruction a C-Rank would do right now. They could not even approach it much less try to charge in and fight the creatures inside.

'What’s taking this brat so long?' Soojin thought, his brow furrowing in worry. Despite his outward composure, he was struggling to maintain his calm. He hated waiting—especially when his instincts screamed at him that something dangerous was building inside that rift.

'I can't even charge in!' Soojin thought as he gritted his teeth in angry and frustration. Soojin kept staring at the Fracture for any signs of Creatures coming out. 'If Cale doesn’t come out soon...'

Soojin’s frustration was building. The unknown factors made this situation far more dangerous. A C-Rank Fracture wasn’t something you just walked into. It was unpredictable. Fractures could escalate—an unstable C-Rank could easily tip into a B-Rank, causing untold destruction. Everyone on the field knew this. That’s why no one was moving, save for the occasional nervous glance at the Fracture.

As he was lost in his thoughts. The Fracture started excluding a much more terrifying dark aura that send chills down everyones spine. Everyone looked at the Fracture in fear and terror. No body moved for a moment as soon as they saw a figure approaching the Fracture from insde.

Soojin shouted loudly at everyone "Get READY!" Everyone took out their weapons and took their stances. Everyone was sweating profusely. Even breathing was becoming difficult for them in front of such an aura.

"What the hell is that?" one of the Creature Hunters whispered.

As soon as the figure came out. Its aura flared up more and reached the surroundings. Everyone held their weapons while shaking as they watched a dark figure in front of them with Crimson eyes staring at them.

Soojin’s eyes widened. He had never felt an aura this intense. As Soojin was just about to give the order to charge. He noticed something. The dark figures aura was disappearing and a man came out of it. Soojin quickly realised who it was as he loudly shouted "CALE!!?"

Everyone looked more closely and realised that this was no creature. This was CALE ROTH, THE DARK SCYTHE WIELDER in the flesh. The Strongest Man In The World right now set a new record by clearing a new Fracture. A C-Rank Fracture.

Every cheered loudly for him but Cale on the other hand had no god damn idea what was going on right now. Who raised his brows in surprise as he looked at the E-Rank and the Officers as Soojin approached him with a frowned and angry expression.

Cale thought he had made a mistake as he took a step back when Soojin approached him. Soojin grabbed his shoulders as he looked down. Cale was about to say something in his defense but before he could speak. Soojin happily and loudly said "YOU DID IT!"

"What did I do?" Cale asked while looking at the crowd behind Soojin and then at Soojin and then repeat this again.

"You cleared a Fracture that was close to being B-Rank" Soojin proudly and happily said to Cale. Looking like a proud Father.

"Close to being B-Rank? What are you talking about. What is going on" Cale whispered to Soojin who did not understand what that meant did Cale not know he was fighting in a "Soon to be B-Rank Fracture".

If he did not then is he also close to being "B-Rank"? Does this mean the gap between the World's strongest and the other strongest of the countries is more larger?

"Let me tell you after we deal with the reporters, HAHA" Soojin laughed nervously as he looked behind him seeing news reporters approaching him.

'Not again' Cale looked at the approaching News reporters with a smile. As they started questioning him loudly ready to hear even a single word.

"Sir Dark Scythe How did you clear A C-Rank Fracture which was about to become C-Rank?!" One of them asked loudly.

"Sir Dark Scythe what kind of creature did you face?" Another asked as he extended his microphone.

"Sir are you B-Rank now?!" The same reported girl from before asked him.

Cale smiled nervously thinking of how to answer. Cale looked right and started thinking of what to tell them.

But Soojin chimned him and said "Let him take rest first we will answer your questions later" Soojin and Cale walked away as they news reporter followed them but were stopped by the guards.
