Emma didn't know how much time had passed after her return from the hospital, but at this time, she thought she was finally able to maintain the Constant Breathing Techniques.

To be honest, she didn't remember the Demon Slayer plot correctly as she hadn't watched the anime after Rengoku's death, but from some novel she had read, it took about 12 days for Tanjiro to accomplish this feat.

This made Emma feel that she was a little slow; with the difference between their physical attributes, she should have been able to do it in 2 to three days, but it took her a week. But well, she could now start integrating the Chakra circulation with the Breathing Techniques to see what it could result in.

When she was about to start, she felt some energy change, and when she opened her eyes, the Ancient One was in front of her, her bald head looking at Emma curiously, almost scaring the sh*t out of the latter.

Emma couldn't help but complain, "Ancient One, can you please announce your presence?"

"But you were meditating before, and I didn't want to bother you," said the Ancient One innocently.

Although Emma wanted to argue, she knew she would never win in a battle of words against this +700-year-old woman.

In short, it was their meeting time, but she hadn't even remarked it because she was concentrating on the Sun Breathing technique.

The Ancient One opened a portal to another place. Emma didn't know where it was, but it was definitely not a place she had seen in the movie or read in some fanfic—maybe some kind of secret training ground of the Ancient One?

Before she had time to ask about the place, the Ancient One had already started the lesson: "I remarked that you have some kind of energy inside you that I have never felt before, and you seem to have good control over it. I don't know much about it, but since you wanted to learn the portal magic, let me explain something basic to you."

"Unlike you, we don't have any energy in our bodies, but we borrow it through beings from other dimensions. Then we'd use something called a Sling Ring to open a portal, but I suppose you already know that."

Emma nodded; she wasn't confident if her chakra could allow her to open a portal, but at least in the anime, they could use Chakra to teleport, like Minato and Tobirama's Flying Raijin techniques.

As if sensing her worry, the Ancient One said, "Don't worry; the Sling Ring is something that every one can use to open a portal. In fact, it's an easy thing to do."

"This is something that mutants, Inhumans, and even some normal humans can do, though through technology for the humans."

"But of course, since you are using the mystic path, you need to have some perception talent or, more precisely, a perception good enough to calculate space from one point to another. Now I hope to know what kind of energy you have and how it works."

Emma couldn't help but recall information about Tobirama and Minato; they really were characters with excellent perception abilities, especially Minato, like when fighting Obito.

He managed to calculate anything without a 1-second error about where he should appear, where to throw the Kunai, and almost killed the latter.

Even if Tsunade's perception couldn't reach the same level as theirs, it was definitely above the average human.

As for talking about her Chakra, she thought about it carefully; what if the Ancient One used it against her? 

After all, her current ability and source of confidence came from how mysterious Chakra was to this world. But well, she needed the teleportation magic because it was something she must have for her plans to succeed.

Plus, her trump card currently was Sunshine. The description of this ability was very vague; it said all her abilities would reach the peak, bthe peak like Otsutsuki Kaguya or the peak like the imaginary Otsutsuki leader?

Emma shook her head; this wasn't the time to think about a question she wouldn't have an answer to. She finally decided to partially tell some truth.

Seeing her think about it, the Ancient One said, "Didn't you think about this in the past few days?"

This surprised her a little; she thought Emma had already thought about this and only asked out of formality. Still, the Ancient One could see that Emma wanted some kind of guarantee.

She sighed and said, "To be honest, I'm curious about your power; it's something I have never seen. I even talked to my counterpart, but they also have no idea about this, so let's do this: I, in my honor as the Sorcerer Supreme, swear to never tell your secret to anyone."

'Who do you want to trick with this move, old woman?' thought Emma, hearing the Ancient One's swear. Isn't this the same thing she did to borrow some power from Dormammu?

Still, Emma decided to tell her some partial truth. If the Ancient One was tricking, she was confident she would be stronger than her in the future to the point where any tricks wouldn't work.

She said, "The energy you're sensing inside me is called Chakra. In my world, every living being has chakra, though the amount and how well they can use it varies. It's an essential part of life, flowing through a person's body in pathways, kind of like how blood flows through veins."

Well, it's not like she was lying, because technically, she had Tsunade's body and memory. She could say she was from the Naruto world, right?

Seeing that the Ancient One didn't do anything strange, she was even more confident: "Chakra comes from a combination of two main sources: physical energy, which is drawn from every cell in your body, and spiritual energy, which is gained through experience, training, and meditation. The stronger your body and mind, the more chakra you can generate." 

The Ancient One nodded, thinking of Emma's clone techniques. She was also envying the people in this world; at least, they didn't have to sell their souls to borrow power, which was quite ironic.

Well, Emma decided not to tell anything about the Otsutsuki and concluded, "By focusing and manipulating chakra, people in my world can perform all sorts of things: enhanced physical abilities, healing, and even manipulating the elements."
