Marvel: Breezing Through History as an Eternal

Chapter 68: Forbidden love is just another word for NTR, 468 CE

It’s been five years now. Arthur had debriefed us about the situation around his kingdom. There were many strong deviants, some of the people even called them dragons. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know some people. I talked to Merlin, an eccentric guy, thinks he’s the smartest guy in the world. Bloody wizards.

Guinevere was a weird woman… She's a devoted woman towards her gods, prayed everyday, she was nice to pretty much everyone, but I feel something weird from her. I feel that even though she’s nice to everyone, she’s distant as well, as if hiding something…

Anyway, moving on. Lancelot. I have a poem that could describe him.

Lancelot, lancelot, what a prick.

He’s an asshole. Arrogant, pompous, cold towards us… but when Guinevere was around him, I felt like he changed 180 degrees. He was nicer, softer, and obedient.

Yeah… interesting, right?

Then there was Arthur.

You know, in my 5000 years of life, I tolerated royalty, while they are pompous as hell, some of them deserved to be pompous, as the entire kingdom’s fate was in their hands.

But boy, I can’t stand this king named Arthur Pendragon.

She flirts with Thena, every single time he meets her! It’s clear that Thena doesn’t like it, but he’s still flirting with her. I talked to him, threatened him even, but that short-ass sword in his pants is making him feel invincible, and that golden knife in his scabbard is making him feel like a god too I guess... If I could, I would hang him on the top of his castle, but Ajak, like always, stopped me.

Anyway, enough of my rant, let’s talk business.

I am now sitting with Ajak in the garden in the castle. She was admiring the flowers that were planted there, relaxing comfortably.

“So.” said Ajak. “You want to get married here?”

“Yes.” I nodded. “Preferably though, away from Arthur.”

Ajak chuckled. “You are jealous like a teenager, Pluto.”

“Well, if you allowed me to kill him, I would not be jealous like a teenager.”

Ajak sighed. She looked at me and said, “If you want to marry here, you need to do it in camelot.”

“You must be joking right?” I scoffed. “That pompous king wouldn’t allow it.”

Ajak smiled as she stood up. She hugged me, and whispered to me. “Then convince him.”

I raised my eyebrow. Is this what I think it is? Ajak allowing me to move? Oh ho ho… if this is true, I’m going to have fun~

“What do you mean?” I asked calmly.

Ajak rolled her eyes. “You know what I mean Pluto.” she patted my shoulder. “But don’t do it directly.” she then leaned closer to me again. “Maybe… you can use whispers, you’re good at that… right?”

I smiled widely, well folks, Ajak allowed me, it seems she also hates Arthur. “Very well Ajak, I’ll see what I can do.”

[3rd POV]

In the middle of the night, a cloaked man was walking through the corridor of the castle. He was wearing rather ragged clothes, probably trying not to be noticed right away. The weather outside was raining, winds howled loudly as it hit the window of the castle, the cold wind was sipping through the gaps of the holes, and all the sounds in the castle were covered up by the loud rain sounds outside.

The cloaked man then stopped in front of the door, he then knocked the door with an intricate pattern, as if it was a code.

There was no answer.

He knocked again.

No answer.

And he knocked again, more loudly this time.

Finally, the door opened rather violently, revealing a beautiful woman in a nightgown. She looked mad and scared right now.

“I told you to stop visiting me, Lancelot.” she hissed quietly. “We can’t meet until the great ones left!”

“My lady, I couldn’t quite help myself.” the man said as he uncloaked. “I was jealous of you spending time with Arthur, and I can’t wait anymore.”

The lady, who was Guinevere, stared at Lancelot for a moment. “We can’t do this anymore Lancelot, I have Arthur, and I-”

“The king won’t mind if he doesn’t know.” Lancelot smiled softly.

“He is your king, Lancelot.” said Guinevere sternly.

Lancelot then walked up to her, he then cupped her cheek and caressed her. “Tell me, my lady, is our love not stronger than your love towards Arthur?”

“I- I love Arthur.” she murmured. “And I love you too but-”

“Then it is fine.” Lancelot said softly. “Our love will become our protector, Arthur won’t know, and he won’t ever know.”

Guinevere then stared at Lancelot, before pulling him to her bed chamber and closed the door rather roughly.

Soon, moans filled the queen’s bedchamber as they indulged themselves with infidelity and debauchery.

What they don’t know however, a certain Eternal was following Lancelot since the start. He was now leaning against the wall, an apple in his hands, and he was smiling widely, as if the devil had caught its prey.

“Well, well, well, the king is cucked by his own knight.” he whispered to himself.

He then walked away as the moans were getting louder and louder, buried by the sounds of rain from the outside.

The man then thought to himself. ‘You mess with me Arthur, I’ll mess with your kingdom.’
