I Reincarnated into High School DxD as a Random Guy

We reached the old Church after walking for a few minutes.

 

Yes the church looks old, really old, I wonder how the fallen’s manage to live there? It looks like it can cave in any time.

I have chills, and sweats are coming out of my body. It’s been like this since before, it was much more intense than with the Rosario.

 

I knew getting close to church was bad for devils from DXD and Buchou has also reminded me not to go near a shrine or a church but I had to do for this one. And this one isn’t exactly angel territory.

I was really irked by that but decided it wasn’t worth getting angry so I told Red in my thought, “Ok then please remind me of any dangers from now on, ok?”.

 

[Hmph alright since you are so weak I have no choice]

Asia then compared the location of the church with her map and said, “Yes, this is the place! I’m so glad”, she gave a sigh of relief.

 

Ok then my job today was successfully completed.

 

I have to get out of here as soon as possible.

 

That’s because I’m getting really scared of the Church. My whole body won’t stop shaking.

 

So I said, “ Then I’ll be on my way”, turning to leave.

 

She hurriedly said, “ Please wait!”.

I felt sorry to do that but I had to.

 

So I just introduced myself, “My name is Suzuki Akira, you can call me Akira, may I know your name?”.

 

She responded with a smile, “My name is Asia Argento! Please call me Asia!”

 

I replied, “Then Asia, let’s meet again”, well it wasn’t a lie as we will be meeting soon anyway.

 

She replied with her head down, “Yes! Akira-san, I will definitely come and see you!”

 

I left the place after waving my hands towards her. She watched me until I was out of her sight.

 

I went home while thinking about Asia, she was supposed to bishop in canon, bishop huh? That reminds me, I have to talk to Gasper as well, the quicker he get rid of his fear the better, of course against fire chicken he will not be able to help realistically but if I get him to come out of his shell before the 3 factions meeting it would be great.

 

Also evil pieces huh? Issei’s sacred gear required 8 pawns because his sacred gear was so powerful but why didn’t my reincarnation require more pieces? A rook has the value of 5 pawn pieces right? Shouldn’t my value be higher than Issei?

Red told in my head.

 

So that’s why my reincarnation had no issues. Good to know.

 

I had one more question, “What if Great Red dies? Will my sacred gear be affected?”, while it may seen impossible for such a powerful being to die, this world has a lot of powerful characters so you never know, I don’t want to be naïve.

 

[While that is impossible but to lessen your worries, this power is a gift given by me, so it will always remain yours and it won’t go back to me and in the unlikely event that I die you will still possess this power as it’s not connected to me in any ways]

 

Ah, so that’s it, then it’s great.

 

So I got ready for school.

 

School was as usual with nothing really outstanding.

 

After school I went to the club and reported about Asia. We meet for normal club activities after school and for devil activities at night. My second day as a devil was an exception due to Buchou being busy with something. But my training occurs at night.

 

Rias was upset and told me, “Don’t ever get close to the Church again”.

 

I told her about Asia and how he will become useful in the future and that this church was used by fallen angles instead of angels so they wouldn’t shoot at me from the sky.
