I am Kurt Von Ritzburg

Chapter 26. One Year Time Skip

With a shrill sound, the rat dropped dead on the table, and I threw it away with magic, making sure to not get any germs on hands.

Despite being a magical world, I am careful about my health. Don't want to have an idiotic death while experimenting on rats.

"This one failed as well."

Sigh… While the rest of my ideas are near completion, I have yet to find a base idea for the way to increase my magic power.

The rough design of the replaceable sword is complete. The pouch is also ready for sale. I have even engraved a personal company logo on the items.

"But what is the problem with this one!"

With frustration, I slammed down my fist on the table, only to blow air on it to relieve the pain.

A way to increase the magic power. It's more difficult than I assumed.

In this sole year of demon hunting, I gained experience and didn't spare in terms of learning enchantments.

The fact I can make storage pouches is a big win for me. But that enchantment was on an inanimate object.

"I doubt anyone would have enchanted a living person."

To this date, I haven't heard of even one case of such enchantment. Even Guru, the highest enchanter, hasn't done it.

"Probably it didn't cross her mind, or she deemed such enchantments to be immoral and unethical."

Whatever the reason it is, I have to find a proper method.

"Just defeating a single calamity demon took all of me. How can I keep up with others in future?"

Later on, all the S class students can vaporize the calamity class demons with sheer magic. And I can't even cut its head off in a single strike.

"Though it might be a different story if I fought again."

[Subspace]

I pushed my hand through the void of space that appeared beside me and took out the most impressive item of my collection.

The Mana Saber.

With its initial appearance, most people might consider it to be nothing, just a simple white coloured hilt, but upon infusing mana…

Zzzing!

A bright white coloured pure mana saber erupted from it, just akin to a lightsaber from the star wars.

And with fine control, the single beam of mana went on to morph into different shapes, from broadsword to a simple dagger.

"And by adding an element…"

And the white color disappeared, replaced by a blue one and the mana slowly turned into water.

All in my hand was a blade made of water molecules tightly packed within the space, constantly vibrating, exerting pressure to cut through any surface.

"Perfect!"

A weapon with a lot of strength and variabilities. This is bound to give a hard time to my opponents.

And its durability is also monstrous. Instead of using iron or other metals, I made it out of carbon, resulting in a lightweight and durable material.

And instead of making it like a torch, I made its design more akin to the Excalibur, carried by Arthur in the fire force.

"Well, I made it by taking Arthur's Excalibur as an example. But still to use it to its utmost potential, I need more mana."

In the end, it comes down to the basic - magic power. Why didn't that reincarnation God didn't gave me unlimited magic power?

"Sigh! I better not cuss him that much. I am already reincarnated to a low tier villain. Who knows what would happen to me if I annoyed that man?"

Coping up with my frustrations, I couldn't help but think of my current relationship progress with Miria.

After being recognised as a fake lover, it was natural for me and her to form a party. And it didn't take long for us to be famous, considering we both were beforehand.

And it gave me more chances to woo her, making her feel the necessity of my presence.

Within it, I frequently met with her parents, acquainted myself with them to learn more about Miria and used those points to tease her.

It was tough, but I did it with patience. And time did its work, eroding Miria's cold shell towards me.

"I wonder what Miria is doing right now."

Well, she might be gazing at the moon just like me.

Smiling, I got off the desk and changed my clothes to get a good night's sleep. All these works have made some dark circles under my eyes and it is not good for my appearance.

"If anything I have, it's this noble appearance. I better take care of it."

And laying off all the worries, I closed my eyes, dozing off to dreamland.

"Tsk! What the fuck is this light?!"

With a startle, I opened my eyes and shouted in annoyance, feeling the light upon my closed eyes.

It was hard enough to work all night, and to think I can't even get a good sleep.

"Wake up! It's already noon. Didn't you promise to arrive in the morning?"

"So, you are the one…"

Just before I could cuss out, I saw the figure and stopped my mouth and changed the words to the complete opposite.

"Ah… it's Miria. What happened?"

There she was standing, Miria with her voluptuous figure, taking a breath out of me. Looking at her in the morning, it truly makes my hormones a bit crazy.

"First, hide that filthy thing from my sight!"

With a blush, she shouted out and turned around to my ignorance.

"Filthy thing?"

What is she talking about? And then I found my sight on the filthy thing she shouted about.

Under the blanket, a large tent was standing up, not bothered and showing my underneath thoughts about the current morning.

'Even a shameless person like me would get embarrassed at the moment like this.'
