Healing to Kill

The so-called Holy City was actually just a larger, cleaner, and tidier village.

The only difference was that at the very center of this village stood a building known as the "Holy Palace."

This building was entirely white, resembling a small castle.

It stood in stark contrast to the surrounding low, earth-colored buildings.

You could see it from a great distance.

"So this is the Holy City..."

"That white Holy Palace up ahead looks just like any common building in Leaving Fire City."

After arriving at the Scarlet Flame Holy City, Qing Ying felt somewhat disappointed by the surroundings.

Originally, when Jiang Chen told her they were coming to the Scarlet Flame Holy Land and its Holy Palace, Qing Ying had been full of anticipation.

She thought it would be some extraordinary place.

But now that she saw it, it was just a slightly larger village.

The guard asked coldly.

"Li Sang."

One of the guards turned and walked into the archway.

Not long after, the guard returned, followed by a blonde girl in a white dress.

"Hello."

Jiang Chen took a step forward.

"I have a letter to deliver on behalf of someone."

She then turned and walked into the Holy Palace.

Soon, Jiang Chen entered the Holy Palace alone.

Led by Li Sang, they passed through the front hall and arrived at a secluded rear garden.

It was very quiet here, with no one else around.

"Give me the letter!"

Li Sang said urgently.

"It seems you know who sent you this letter?"

Jiang Chen handed over "Yi Ding's Envelope" from his backpack and casually probed.

Immediately, Li Sang's hand, which was receiving the letter, stiffened slightly but quickly returned to normal.
