Enlightenment Through BDSM

Ch 22: Just because I’m your pet doesn’t mean you can toy with me all the time…

Alone. With Kalia. At night. In a bed. Just the thought was enough to make my head dizzy, and I swear it wasn’t the booze.

“Kalia—”

“It’s Mistress right now, or Lady Kaliasthar if you feel like it.”

Lady Kaliasthar. That was another thing I had to ask about. She wasn’t real nobility after all, not from this world anyway? Could she actually be a lady back on Earth too? But now wasn’t the time for those questions. There were other things on my mind.

“Mistress, what are we going to do when we get back to the room?”

“Talk about where we are physically, probably. I’m not sure what speed you want to take everything. We really are into this quite fast as it is.”

“Huh?” I won’t lie, it was a little annoying to hear that. “I thought we were already playing; that’s why you made me call you ‘Mistress!’”

“I’m always playing, in some way, at least a little bit,” she said, tossing a glance back at me with a sweet smile. “Life’s more fun that way.”

I blushed, turning my face away as she led me by the hand. Even feeling a little teased, I couldn’t help but feel warmed by the way she had looked at me.

The walk up to our room was mostly uneventful after that, though I did find myself wishing for an elevator by the fourth flight of stairs. It wasn’t that I was tired even, just that the winding stairway was tedious after a while.

“Four sixteen,” Kalia said, popping a key into existence and sliding it into the door.

“You still need to teach me how to do that.”

“I do, do I? Maybe later, for now let’s just talk.”

It did feel weird, going into what was essentially a hotel room but without any luggage to speak of, just the clothes on my back, Kalia holding onto my only other belongings in her inventory, and even that only consisted of some coins and my dress.

The room itself was surprisingly familiar. It had a bed, a writing desk, a small bench, a couple of oil lanterns where I might expect there to by regular lamps in a modern hotel. It wasn’t huge, but it was decently clean which was my one real requirement.

“It’s so similar, yet so different too,” Kalia said as she started unbuttoning her jacket. I wasn’t quite sure what I expected to be under it, but I stared at her as she removed it. There was a shirt below, to my dismay, a white blouse that by design had to be smaller than the jacket that already showed much of her midriff and cleavage. It was thin too, thin enough I could see the clear outlines of her skin and the black bra beneath. “Hoping you might see more?”

“No, I was just curious!” I answered, glancing to the side at being caught looking. “The jackets so small already, so…”

She laughed at that, tossing the jacket over onto the bench and sitting on the bed. “Yeah, I sometimes joke that it was all the fabric I could afford when I was first Reborn, but the truth is I had it tailored like that.”

“We could make the same joke about my shirt, I think.”

“You still like it?”

“I do,” I said, looking back down over it. It was a little dirty, which was to be expected, but the fact that it wouldn’t rip while I had full HP was a neat bonus I hadn’t been expecting. “I’m honestly mostly surprised the ribbon hasn’t come undone since I put it back on.”

“Back on?” Kalia asked with a raised eyebrow.

Shit. I hadn’t actually told her about the exact details of the “lesson” Edelin had given me. I wasn’t hiding it per se, but all she’d asked was if I thought I better understood the skill. “I, uhm, couldn’t find a way to say this earlier, but yeah, I kind of had to be topless during my lesson.”

Kalia’s other eyebrow raised as well.

“It makes sense, I promise! She was healing me using the same technique, and it works best on exposed skin, and the spots I was bit and scratched at were covered, so off came my shirt.”

“So, three times in one day?”

“Three times?”

“The other customers in the store.”

“Right,” I said, throwing my burning face into my hands. I had forgotten about that. “I honestly don’t know how this kept happening.

“Well, the first one was necessary but half you being cheeky about it, the second one was all you being cheeky about it, and the third one was actually just a coincidence it sounds like.”

I could tell from the disbelief on her face that my silence spoke volumes.

“You got cheeky with it the third time too, huh?”

“A little at the end, yeah…”

Kalia said, tsking into the air. “And here I was thinking we were about to have a conversation about how slow to take things, but you’ve been out there speeding off ahead without me it sounds like.”

“Not on purpose! I mean, the second time in the store, I was trying to come out to show you, but you were the only one with your back turned…” When she raised her head, showing a grin just as cheeky as I’d been acting all day,  I realized it was silly that I actually thought she was upset with me. Always playing.

“Did you enjoy it today, showing off for those people?”

“Yes…”

“Yes, what?”

“Yes, Mistress… I enjoyed showing off.”

“And do you still want to show off for me?”

It felt different this time. The first time with Elash I’d been a raging ball of horny already and was just feeding into that. The second time I really was just trying to be silly, and with Edelin I’d been able to ease into after the actual casual portion of my treatment. This though? I hadn’t exactly been horny before, not until she’d started making comments about our first night in a bed together, teasing me about how I felt with others. I was getting turned on again, but not just because I was a person with a body, but because she was driving me, treating that same body like a machine she was the only one with the keys too.

“I do want to show off for you, Mistress, more than anything.”

She smiled at that. I could tell she wanted it to be a “cool” smile, but honestly it looked a little goofy. “Well then, go ahead and strip, I say.”
