A new world’s F*tanari Messiah

House Kreuz

Back in the days when gods walked the earth, the goddess of humans was named Claria. However, the gods of monsters, envious of her beauty and power, joined together to kill her. With her dying breath, she blessed her ten followers with great magical power, which they used to beat back the monsters and create the kingdom that all humans live in now.

These Ten Faithful passed down their magic to their descendants, eventually forming the human royal family and nine other noble houses.

One of these houses is House Kreuz, who often oversee the knights of the kingdom. Their magic is often based in physical enhancement and martial prowess, as opposed to the more overtly magical effects of the other houses.

For example, the current head of House Kreuz, Darius, has the ability to impart his own strength into those around him. Thanks to his training, this allows him to transform entire battalions of soldiers into powerful elites- increasing their military might many times over. For this reason, Darius was selected to be the commander of the knights, and has lead them to many victories in their crusades.

The first son and heir of House Kreuz is Aidan Kreuz. He takes a far less combat-oriented role, instead working to secure the affairs and domain of the house. His magic gives him impenetrable skin, a relatively mundane effect when compared to most nobles. Despite spending most of his time at home, he still finds the opportunity to go hunting now and again, sometimes not even taking a weapon to attempt and beat an animal into submission with his bare hands.

Milon, or Milo as he’s been referred to in the story so far, is the second son. His magic allows him mastery of any weapon. For that reason, he used to collect all manner of rare weapons or tools, back before he arrived at the village.

There are many others in House Kreuz, but those three are the most immediately important.
